Cosmetics are the one department where returns work differently, and it is worth knowing before you order. Makeup, skincare, haircare and fragrance can only come back to us unopened, in the sealed manufacturer packaging. Once a seal is broken we cannot resell the product and we cannot accept it back. We treat every order as a gift, from our custom designed packaging to our customer support, which answers around the clock.<\/p>\n\n Here is what that means in practice. Orders leave us within 1 to 2 business days. Inside the United States, delivery takes 3 to 5 business days, and shipping is free over 75. Outside the United States, delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination and on customs.
