Warranty
What the warranty covers, for how long, and how to make a claim.
Neyvella 24-Month Limited Warranty
Neyvella LLC gives this written warranty on its own initiative. No federal law and no state law requires a store to give a written warranty, and no law sets a minimum length for one. We chose 24 months because we would rather fix a product than argue about it. This warranty is added on top of the implied warranties your state law already gives you. It does not replace them, and it does not shorten them, except in the one way described below.
This is a Limited Warranty, not a Full Warranty. Those two words have a fixed meaning in federal law. Ours is limited for two reasons, both spelled out on this page: it does not cover normal wear, and it caps how long implied warranties last.
Here is that cap, stated up front so you do not find it at the bottom of the page. Any implied warranty on a product you buy from us, including the implied warranty of merchantability and the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, lasts only as long as this written warranty: 24 months from the day the product is delivered to you.
Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
This page is about products that fail or arrive faulty. If the product works and you simply want a different size or color, or you changed your mind, that is our return policy and not this warranty: see Returns and Refunds.

Who Is Covered
This warranty covers you if you bought the product at www.neyvella.com for your own personal, family or household use. It also covers a person who received the product from you as a gift, with the original order number.
It does not transfer to a later owner. If you sell or trade the product, the warranty ends with you.
It covers only products bought from us. A product bought from another store, from a marketplace seller or from a reseller carries whatever that seller offers, not this warranty.
If you told us at checkout that you buy for resale or for your business, different rules apply to you. See Business Customers at the end of this page.
What Is Covered
Every product we sell, in every category: clothing, underwear, footwear, accessories, office and paper goods, electronics and appliances. There is no category left out.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that show up in normal use, including:
- a product that stops working, or never worked, for a reason inside the product;
- seams that open, glue that lets go, a sole that separates, hardware that snaps in ordinary use;
- a part or an accessory that came in the box and is faulty;
- a product that does not do what the listing on our site said it does.
Two situations are faster to solve through the return policy instead, inside the first 30 days: a package that arrives damaged, and a product that is not the one you ordered. Both are handled on Returns and Refunds, at our expense. After that window, come here.
What Is Not Covered
A warranty pays for what was wrong with the product. It does not pay for what happens to the product later. We list the exclusions plainly, because a vague list is how a warranty turns into an argument:
- normal wear from use: fabric that fades, thins, pills or stretches, a sole that wears down, leather that creases, a zipper that gives out after months of pulling;
- damage from washing, drying, ironing or cleaning against the care label sewn into the garment;
- misuse, accidents, drops, crushing, cuts, contact with liquid or heat on products not built for it;
- cosmetic marks that do not affect how the product works;
- changes made to the product after delivery: tailoring, resizing, drilling, painting, dyeing, adding parts it was not built for;
- outside causes: power surges, wrong voltage, water damage in the home, storage in damp or extreme heat, pests, installation done by someone else and done wrong;
- consumables and parts meant to run out: batteries losing capacity gradually within the range the maker states, ink, filters, blades, bulbs, cables worn through daily bending;
- the specific flaw we told you about before you bought, on products sold as open box, as clearance or with a disclosed defect at a reduced price. Everything else on that product stays covered;
- a household product put to commercial use, such as a home appliance run in a shop or an office;
- loss and theft.
If we turn a claim down as wear or as damage, we tell you what we saw, in writing, with photographs of the product we examined. You are not asked to take our word for it.
What We Will Do
On a claim we accept, we do one of three things, at no charge to you for parts, labor or shipping:
- repair the product;
- replace it with the same product, or with a comparable one when the same is out of stock or discontinued;
- refund what you paid for it, including the sales tax charged on it.
We tell you which one we propose when we answer your claim, and why. If you would rather have one of the other two, say so. We do it when it is available, and when it is not, we write down the reason. Our answer is not the end of the road: the section If We Cannot Resolve Your Claim tells you where else you can go.
Timing, so you can plan:
- we answer a claim within 2 business days of receiving it;
- we finish the repair or ship the replacement within 30 calendar days of the product reaching our service address. If something makes that impossible, we tell you before day 30, give you a new date and offer you a refund instead, your choice;
- we start the refund within 5 business days after we accept the claim, by the method you paid with. Your bank usually shows the money 5 to 10 business days later, and that part is not ours to control.
How Long This Warranty Lasts and When It Starts
24 months. The clock starts the day the carrier delivers the package, the date on the tracking record, not the day you ordered and not the day you first used the product.
A repair or a replacement continues the original 24 months. It does not start a new period and it does not add days to the old one. A replacement product carries whatever is left of the original term.
You need the order number, nothing else. If you cannot find it, we look it up by your email address, or by your name and delivery address.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Open a claim from the Warranty claims section of your account, which already knows what you ordered. You can also write to contact@neyvella.com, or call +1 307-357-9680. Support answers 24/7. A claim can be sent by mail as well, to Neyvella LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
- Tell us the order number, which product it is, what the product does or fails to do, when it started and what you were doing at the time.
- Add two or three photographs, or a short video when the fault is something that moves or makes a noise. This is the single thing that shortens a claim the most, because it often removes the need to ship the product at all.
- Wait for our answer, within 2 business days. It carries a case number and the exact shipping instructions.
- Ship only after you have that case number, and only to the address we give you, which is 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. A package sent before the case is open, or to any other address, can sit unidentified in a warehouse for weeks, and we cannot pay for that trip.
- Pack the product with the accessories it came with. The original box helps it survive the trip, but not having it costs you nothing here.
Back up your data first if the product stores any. A repair or a replacement can wipe it, and we cannot put it back.
Who Pays for Shipping on a Warranty Claim
We do, both directions. We send you a prepaid label or arrange a pickup, and we pay to send the repaired or the replacement product back to you. While the product travels on a label we paid for, the risk of loss or damage in transit is ours.
This is our choice, not a legal requirement. Federal law obliges a seller to cover shipping only on a warranty labeled Full, and ours is Limited. We pay it anyway, because a warranty that costs you money to use is not much of a warranty.
If the inspection shows the problem falls under What Is Not Covered, we still send the product back to you at our expense, once, with the explanation. You are not charged for having asked.
If you ship a product to us without a case number, we cannot reimburse that shipping cost, and we may not be able to match the package to you at all.
Product Registration Is Optional
You do not have to register anything. We run no registration program and we do not ask you to send in a card to keep this warranty. Not registering never costs you coverage.
If a manufacturer puts a registration card in the box, filling it in is your decision. It has no effect on the warranty we give you.
Repairs by Others Do Not Void This Warranty
Using parts, accessories, supplies or a repair shop that are not ours and not the manufacturer’s does not void this warranty. Neither does opening the product, breaking a seal or a sticker, or replacing a battery yourself.
We can refuse coverage in one situation only: when that part or that work actually caused the failure you are claiming. If we say so, we have to show it, and we put the reasoning in writing. The burden is on us, not on you.
What we do ask is that you tell us what was already done to the product. A technician who knows a part was swapped last month finds the fault faster.
Manufacturer Warranties
Some products, mostly electronics and appliances, arrive with the manufacturer’s own written warranty in the box. That is a separate promise from a separate company. Three different things can protect the same product at the same time, and none of them cancels the others:
| Neyvella Limited Warranty | Manufacturer warranty | Implied warranties | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who gives it | Neyvella LLC | The maker or the importer of the product | The law of the state where you live |
| Who you contact | Us, at contact@neyvella.com | The maker, at the address in its own warranty document | Us, as the seller |
| How long it lasts | 24 months from delivery | Whatever its own document says | 24 months from delivery, as limited on this page |
| What it covers | Defects in materials and workmanship, minus the exclusions above | What its own document says, which can be more or less than ours | That the product is fit to be sold and fit for its ordinary use |
| What it costs you | Nothing, shipping included | Depends on that document, often shipping one way | Nothing |
You choose which one to use. Going to the manufacturer first is often quicker for a repair, because the parts are there. If the manufacturer turns you down, runs past its own stated term or has closed, come back to us: inside our 24 months we handle the claim ourselves, and we do not send you to fight that on your own.
Clothing, underwear, footwear, accessories, office and paper goods usually come with no manufacturer warranty at all. That does not leave them unprotected. They carry this 24 month warranty, the implied warranties your state gives you, and our 30 day return policy on Returns and Refunds.
Implied Warranties Under State Law
Besides anything we write, the law of your state attaches two promises to the sale itself. The implied warranty of merchantability says the product is fit for the ordinary purpose products like it are used for. The implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose applies when you told us what you needed the product for, we recommended one, and you relied on that.
We do not disclaim either of them for consumers. No sentence on this site sells goods as is to a consumer, and if you find one, it has no effect: while a written warranty like this one is in force, federal law does not let a seller strip implied warranties away.
What we do is limit how long they last, to the same 24 months as this written warranty, counted from delivery.
Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
For California Residents
California treats this differently, and for buyers who live there we follow California rather than our own wording.
While a written warranty like this one is in force, California law does not let a seller cut the implied warranty of merchantability below 60 days, and does not let it run longer than one year from the date of sale. So in California that implied warranty runs for its own period, set by state law, whatever this page says about 24 months.
Our written 24 month warranty runs alongside it and is not cut short by it. In practice a California buyer has both, each for its own length, and uses whichever fits the problem.
Incidental and Consequential Damages
This warranty covers the product. It does not cover losses that follow from the product failing: time you spent, income you lost, the cost of renting or buying a substitute, shipping you arranged yourself, or damage to other property. We exclude incidental and consequential damages.
Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
One thing this exclusion does not touch: if a defective product injures someone or damages property, responsibility for that is decided by the law of your state and is not limited by anything written here. See Terms of Sale.
Your Rights Vary From State to State
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
Where your state gives you a right that cannot be waived, that right wins over anything on this page. We do not ask you to give up protections your state treats as mandatory.
A Free Paper Copy on Request
Ask, and we mail you the full text of this warranty on paper, free, with no purchase and no account. Write to contact@neyvella.com, or to Neyvella LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, and give us the address to send it to. We put it in the mail within 5 business days.
You can ask before you buy as well as after. Every product page that mentions the warranty links here, so the whole text is readable before you decide.
Product Recalls and Safety Notices
A safety problem is not a warranty claim and it does not wait in line with them. If a product injured someone, nearly did, caught fire, overheated, gave a shock or broke in a way that could hurt somebody, stop using it and tell us at contact@neyvella.com. Keep the product and the packaging if you can, because the investigation needs the actual item.
What we do with that report: we pass it to the manufacturer or the importer, and we report it to the Consumer Product Safety Commission within 24 hours of learning about it. Reporting that fast is an obligation we have as a retailer, and we treat it as one.
You can also report an unsafe product yourself, without going through us, at SaferProducts.gov, and you can look up current recall notices at CPSC.gov.
If a product we sold is recalled, we stop selling it the day we learn of it, we email every buyer we can identify from the order records, and we follow the remedy the recall sets out, repair, replacement or refund, at no cost to you. A recall remedy is not limited by the 24 months on this page.
If We Cannot Resolve Your Claim
Write to us first, at contact@neyvella.com. Most disagreements come down to a missing photograph or a misread invoice, and they end the same day. We run no internal dispute program, and we do not require you to exhaust any step before doing something else. Nothing here is a condition for anything below.
These are open to you, in any order, at any time:
- us, at contact@neyvella.com or +1 307-357-9680;
- the Federal Trade Commission, at ReportFraud.ftc.gov;
- the office of the attorney general of the state where you live, which takes consumer complaints against sellers;
- a state or federal court. In a written warranty case a court can order the losing side to pay the winning side’s costs and attorney fees, which is what makes a small claim worth bringing at all.
A complaint filed with an agency is never a reason for us to stop working on your claim.
Business Customers
You are a Business Customer only if you actively declared at checkout that you buy for resale or for the use of your business. Typing a company name in the address form does not do it, and neither does paying from a business account. Without that declaration you are a consumer, and this page applies to you exactly as written.
If you did make that declaration, the Business Customer section of the Terms of Sale governs your purchase and controls wherever it differs from this page. It sets out the disclaimer of implied warranties, the exclusive remedy, the shorter period for giving us notice of a defect and the shorter time limit for bringing a claim. Read it before you order, not after.
Questions about business orders go to contact@neyvella.com. Contact lists the other ways to reach us.
