When you wear Neyvella, you are wearing an exclusive design crafted with care, delivered directly to your doorstep from our boutique.

The Neyvella Beauty Corner, our curated cosmetics

For our Cosmetics and Beauty department, we shift from creators to expert curators. We understand that what you put on your skin requires absolute trust. That is why we partner directly with world renowned brands and certified organic laboratories. From global makeup favorites to our specialized Green and Bio Care selection, every product in our beauty corner is authentic, dermatologically vetted, and chosen specifically to elevate your daily glow.

Cosmetics are the one department where returns work differently, and it is worth knowing before you order. Makeup, skincare, haircare and fragrance can only come back to us unopened, in the sealed manufacturer packaging. Once a seal is broken we cannot resell the product and we cannot accept it back. Our global promise

Neyvella is Neyvella LLC, registered in the State of WY, United States, and we ship worldwide. We treat every order as a gift, from our custom designed packaging to our customer support, which answers around the clock.

Here is what that means in practice. Orders leave us within 1 to 2 business days. Inside the United States, delivery takes 3 to 5 business days, and shipping is free over 75. Outside the United States, delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination and on customs. You have 30 days to change your mind, and the products we sell under our own label carry a 24 month warranty.

One thing we would rather say plainly than leave you to discover at the door: on international orders, import duties and taxes are set by your own country, not by us, and they are paid by whoever receives the parcel. We cannot calculate them in advance and we do not collect them. The Shipping and Delivery page explains how that works.
