What we need from you
The form asks for five things, and it asks for them because without them we cannot quote:
- Your full name and your title in the company.
- The registered company name and the country of registration. Wholesale prices are quoted to a registered business, not to a person.
- Your corporate website, or the address of your retail store.
- The product categories you are interested in. Fashion, footwear and accessories come from our own label; beauty comes through our supplier network, and the terms differ.
- An estimated monthly or per-order budget, in US dollars. It decides which price sheet applies to you.
Terms that apply to business orders
Wholesale orders are business to business sales and are not governed by the consumer terms on the rest of this site. Two differences matter enough to state here, before you write to us.
The 30 day return window on the Returns and Refunds page is a consumer policy. Bulk orders are agreed in a separate purchase agreement, and returns on them are governed by that agreement, not by the retail policy. Cosmetics remain non returnable once a manufacturer seal is broken, on wholesale orders as on retail ones.
On international shipments, import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges are set by the destination country and are paid by the importer of record, which on a wholesale order is you. We prepare the export documentation; we cannot calculate or collect those charges in advance. The Shipping and Delivery page explains how this works.
Sales tax is not charged on orders bought for resale, provided you send us a valid resale certificate for your state before the order is invoiced. Without it we have to charge tax where we have an obligation to collect it.
